Corn Pearl Meatballs

1. Put glutinous rice and water in a bowl and soak overnight

2. Minced shiitake mushrooms

3. Put pork belly, corn kernels in a bowl, add shiitake mushrooms, egg whites, light soy sauce, cooking wine, white sugar, salt, and marinate for 20 minutes

4. Dump the stuffing into mashed meat and wrap it with glutinous rice

5. Isolate water and steam on high heat for 30 minutes
