Corn Pork Ribs Soup

Prepare the ingredients, boil the ribs in a pot under cold water, and wash off the foam. Wash the carrots and corn for later use.

Put the ribs, green onions, ginger, pepper, star anise, fennel seeds, and bay leaves into an electric pressure cooker, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and vinegar, and simmer for 25 minutes.

Peel the carrots and cut them with a hob, and cut the corn into sections for later use.
