Corn Pork Ribs Soup

                                The prepared corn is cleaned and cut into sections for later use.

                                Put the washed ribs into a pot and add cold water to boil to wash off the bloody smell in the ribs, then remove them and drain them into a bowl. Clean the pot, add appropriate amount of water, and boil. Put the ribs in the bowl when the water is a little warm, put ginger slices, shallots and salt, bring to a boil, add the chopped corn, and simmer until the meat is rotten!
