Corn Pork Ribs Soup

Rinse the waffle platters in blanching water and set aside.

Prepare green onion knot and ginger slices.
3.
Cut corn into small pieces.
4.
Cut the horseshoe in half.

Bring the water to a boil in the pot.

Add green onion knots, ginger slices, steaks, corn segments, and horseshoe to a boil.

Simmer on low heat until the ribs are tender, then add some salt to taste.
