Corn Ribs and Sydney Soup
1.
Wash the pears, ribs, kelp, and corn in advance, and cut three slices of green onion and ginger.
2.
Put the green onion, ginger and the ribs in boiling water to remove the blood (so that it can remove the fishy), then add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok, and stir-fry the ribs for two minutes.
3.
Then cut the pears, red dates, and corn into pieces.
4.
First use a saucepan to boil a pot of hot water (the amount of water is about the amount of water you need to make the soup), then pour the ribs in the wok, and pour the corn, kelp and red dates
5.
Simmer for about 40 minutes and the soup will turn milky white, then pour in the pears and add some salt.
6.
Continue to simmer for ten minutes, the pear flavor will penetrate into the soup, full of fresh aroma. Finally, add a little thirteen incense and pepper to complete a refreshing and moisturizing soup.
Tips:
1. In step 4, boil hot water first, so that the ribs can be simmered more easily. If cold water is added, the meat of the freshly fried ribs will become hard as soon as they meet cold water. 2. According to this step of making soup, you can really make milky white soup.
