Corn Three Cup Chicken
1.
The ingredients are ready; the three yellow chickens are washed and chopped into small pieces
2.
Cut corn into small pieces, slice ginger, peel off garlic, pour cooking oil into the pot, add ginger and garlic and saute
3.
When the ginger and garlic are fried until slightly burnt, add the chicken nuggets, stir fry the chicken until the color changes
4.
Pour in the soy sauce, fry until it is colored, and pour in the rice wine
5.
Add corn, bring to a boil on high heat, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, turn on high heat and stir fry to collect juice
6.
Add the nine-layer tower and stir fry evenly
Tips:
1. The nine-story tower I use is also called lemon basil, which belongs to the basil family. It has a lemon scent, and it goes well with chicken and tomatoes. Generally available in large supermarkets, you can also buy seeds online and grow them yourself.
2. Soy sauce has enough saltiness, so you don't need to add salt. If you like the key taste, you can add a little salt to improve the taste, and add a little chili.
