Some people think that the Jiangxi three-cup chicken is the most authentic, and some people think that the Taiwanese three-cup chicken is more distinctive. In fact, no matter what, as long as it meets your taste, it is the perfect three-cup chicken in your mind~
The three-cup chicken recipe I made was adjusted by myself and added corn to make the whole dish refreshing and not so greasy. For me, the one that suits my taste is the best~

2. Soy sauce has enough saltiness, so you don't need to add salt. If you like the key taste, you can add a little salt to improve the taste, and add a little chili.
