Guangdong is often humid. Everyone likes to eat damp-removing ingredients. I also often buy some Smilax glabra to make soup. I usually buy fresh ones when I see them in the market, and I usually prepare some dry ones at home. When you want to cook it, you can drink it at any time. There is no special taste. Yam is good for the spleen and stomach. After boiling the soup, it is very soft. Corn is my daughter's favorite, so I put some in it, and the soup will be sweeter if I put some corn in it, and it's still delicious.

Ingredients

Corn Yam and Tuckahoe Soup

1. Wash the corn and cut into sections, and wash the lean meat.

2. After peeling the yam, cut into sections and soak in clean water.

3. Wash an appropriate amount of Smilax glabra and set aside.

4. Add appropriate amount of water to the casserole and put the cleaned Smilax glabra into the casserole.

5. Put the corn segments into the pot.

6. Add the cleaned pork.

7. Drain the yam and pour it into the pot.

8. Add two slices of ginger.

9. Cover the pot, boil on high heat and simmer on low heat for 1 hour, turn off the heat and add salt to taste.

Tips:

Be careful when peeling the yam, otherwise your hands will itch easily.
The peeled yam should also be soaked in water to avoid oxidation.
