Corn Yam and Tuckahoe Soup

Wash the corn and cut into sections, and wash the lean meat.

After peeling the yam, cut into sections and soak in clean water.

Wash an appropriate amount of Smilax glabra and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of water to the casserole and put the cleaned Smilax glabra into the casserole.

Put the corn segments into the pot.

Add the cleaned pork.

Drain the yam and pour it into the pot.

Add two slices of ginger.

Cover the pot, boil on high heat and simmer on low heat for 1 hour, turn off the heat and add salt to taste.
Tips:
Be careful when peeling the yam, otherwise your hands will itch easily.
The peeled yam should also be soaked in water to avoid oxidation.
