Corn Yam Cob Bone Soup

Soak the ribs in cold water for several hours, changing the water halfway;

Put a few slices of ginger and a little white wine in a hot pot of stick bones in a pot of cold water, and boil them.

Put the boiled stick bones in a pot, add a few slices of ginger;

Then put corn and yam in,

Pour in the right amount of water;

Simmer according to the time set by the electric cooker;

Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to taste;

Finally, add the wolfberry and simmer for five minutes.
Tips:
1. Add some white wine and ginger slices when blanching the bones to help remove the fishy;
2. Put the stick bones and yam (if you don’t like soft waxy, you can put the yam in the middle), put corn and ginger slices into a pot for simmering, add an appropriate amount of water, pay attention to adding enough water at one time ;
3. When the soup is almost cooked, add salt and pepper to taste, add goji berries and cook for five minutes.
