After three days of vacation, it rained for three full days, and it was very upset. I couldn’t afford to look at the weather, let alone cooking, which made me lazy for another three full days.

Ingredients

Corn Yam Crucian Carp Soup

1. Prepare the required materials

2. The crucian carp should be killed and cleaned, especially the black clothes in the belly of the carp

3. Soak the tangerine peel in advance, and scrape the white part of the surface clean

4. Pour a little oil into the pan to heat up, add the crucian carp and ginger slices and fry until slightly yellow on both sides

5. Add appropriate amount of water to the clay pot and boil

6. When the water is boiling, add the fried crucian carp and tangerine peel to a boil

7. Then turn to low heat for half an hour

8. Carrots are peeled and cut into pieces with a hob, corn is cut into small sections, yam is peeled, washed and cut into pieces with a hob, and then soaked in water and vinegar

9. After boiling the crucian for half an hour, add carrots and corn

10. The soaked yam is washed again with clean water and added to the soup

11. After boiling, remove the foam on the surface, then cover and cook for half an hour

12. Finally add an appropriate amount of salt to drink

Tips:

After peeling, yam should be soaked in vinegar or salt water to prevent oxidation and discoloration.
