Cowpea Braised Noodles

Put oil in the pan, add shredded ginger and green onion and fry until fragrant, then add pork belly and fry until the flesh changes color

Add in the cowpeas that have been cleaned and broken by hand, and stir-fry until the cowpeas are mixed with oil

Add soy sauce, salt, and seasoning, just a little bit of color, and the color will become darker when mature

Put in medium-thick noodles or bags of noodles bought in the supermarket, about 100-150g, one serving

Add water along the side of the pot and look at the position of the water. After the cowpea, don’t touch the noodles.

After simmering for 10 minutes, let's see if the noodles have changed color and the water can't be seen anymore, add minced garlic! You must have minced garlic to be delicious~

Just mix them with chopsticks~ if you like, you can put a little vinegar to improve the taste
