Cowpea Stuffed Meat

Prepare materials.

Blanch the cowpeas with water in a boiling pot.

Stir-fried cowpeas are too cold water.

Roll up the cold cowpeas as shown in the picture.

Mince the green onions and ginger and add them to the meat.

Add salt, five-spice powder, and sesame oil to the minced meat and stir evenly.

1. The starch is used to make the meat stick better.
