Cowpeas in Cold Dressing

1. 1. Wash the fresh cowpea and put it into boiling water without cutting into sections, boil it for about 7 minutes, then remove it into cold water

2. When it is slightly hot, pick up and cut 2cm into a large bowl. Add sour bamboo shoots, garlic, green onions, and salt to taste for 2 minutes

3. Then add other seasonings and tastes of your own choice

Tips:

Cowpea should not be over water for too long, sour bamboo shoots can not be added with cold cowpea, a good product for summer rice porridge.
