Cowpeas in Cold Dressing

Wash cowpea and cut into sections

Blanch the cowpea to fully cook
3.
Minced garlic
4.
Use the seasoning in the seasoning table to make a bowl of juice
5.
Put fried fragrant pepper aniseed, dried chili
6.
Add the juice to the bowl, and finally stir in the freshly fried fragrant oil, mix well and serve.
Tips:
When blanching cowpea, add some salt and oil in the water to make the cowpea greener.
