Cowpeas in Cold Dressing
1.
Wash the cowpea to remove two stalks.
2.
Add water to the wok and blanch the cowpeas until cooked.
3.
Cut carrot and ham into round slices. In order to keep the shape consistent, you can use a mold to mince garlic and dice beauty pepper.
4.
The blanched cowpeas are diced with a knife and placed in a large bowl.
5.
Add carrot slices, ham slices and minced garlic together, start to season, add light soy sauce, salt, a little sugar, and more sesame oil.
6.
Stir evenly, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and beauty pepper, and it's OK!
Tips:
There is no technical difficulty, that is, the cowpeas should not be cut too small with the top knife.
