A small cold dish for summer, simple and easy to make.

Cowpeas Mixed with Sesame Sauce

1. Wash long cowpea

2. Put it in a pot of boiling water and cook until it is broken

3. Cut off

4. Garlic smashed and diced

5. Two spoons of tahini into a bowl

6. With salt

7. Sugar

8. Light soy sauce and balsamic vinegar

9. Slowly blend into a paste

10. Add garlic diced and stir well

11. Then mix well with cowpea and serve

Tips:

1. Do not blanch the cowpea for a long time, and keep it crispy.
2. Don't make the tahini sauce too thin, otherwise the beans won't be coated.
