Cowpeas with Black Sesame Sauce

Remove the old roots of the beans and wash them. Place a pot on the fire, add water to a boil, add the cowpea nao water until the cowpea changes color and become slightly soft and ready to cook.

Take out the blanched cowpea and cut into large sections and place on a plate for later use.

Cut garlic into minced paste and place in a bowl, add light soy sauce, salt, and balsamic vinegar and stir well.

Pour the blended seasoning juice on the lined cowpea, and then drizzle black sesame juice on top. (Just mix well when eating)
