Cowpeas with Sesame Sauce

Cut cowpea into sections for later use

Stir-fry in boiling water until life is broken, about five minutes, serve and set aside

Adjust the sauce, two tablespoons of sesame sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, salt, add some water and stir!

Place the cowpea on the plate, chop the garlic and sprinkle on it. Heat the oil and put the pepper in the pot. After the oil is hot, pick out the pepper and pour the oil on it, then sprinkle with the mixed sesame sauce!
