Cowpeas with Sesame Sauce

1 small bunch of cowpea, 1 garlic, 1 green onion.

First wash the cowpea.

Cut into inch segments.

Blanch the water for 3 minutes until it's cooked through, and it's too cold.

Prepare all the ingredients. 2 spoons of sesame sauce, 2 spoons of homemade tomato sauce, chopped green onion and garlic.

Heat in a pan and add some oil to sauté the chives and minced garlic.
