Cowpeas with Sesame Sauce

Wash the cowpea and cut into sections.

Boil water in a pot, add salt and cooking oil to the pot.

Remove the cold water and set aside.
4.
Put the blanched cowpea into a container and add minced garlic.
5.
Add a spoonful of fresh soy sauce and salt.
6.
Add sugar.
7.
Add appropriate amount of water to the sesame paste.
8.
Stir well with chopsticks.
9.
Pour into the cowpea.
10.
Mix well and finish.
