I have made seafood porridge many times, some with shrimp, sea cucumber, crab, and even lobster, but I haven't tasted the one with crab noodles. I just made it when I had cooked it at home and tried something new!

Crab Meal Seafood Porridge

1. Add half of the thick soup bob to water and boil it to melt

2. After it is slightly cold, add the cleaned rice and soak for 2 hours; add water to the casserole, add the soaked rice and the stock to cook together

3. Prepare the ingredients, soak the scallops in cooking wine, cut the sea cucumber into dice, and cut the green vegetables into small pieces; raise the frying pan, saute the garlic and ginger

4. Add seafood and cooking wine and stir fry, serve and set aside; cook the porridge until thick

5. Add the fried seafood, then add the green vegetables

6. After it is boiled, add salt to taste; add pepper at the end, add a spoonful of crab noodles that you boiled yourself after putting it in a bowl

Tips:

Use broth to soak the rice to make the porridge more delicious! I used the thick soup treasure if I didn’t have it, and put less salt!
