Crab Mushroom, Green Vegetable and Black Chicken Soup

Ingredients: Crab-flavored mushrooms (washed), green vegetables (washed), black-bone chicken (washed), ginger slices

Put the washed black-bone chicken into the pressure cooker.

Put the ginger slices and add some cooking wine.

Add some water.

Then, close the lid and cook for 20 minutes on a medium-to-low heat, then turn off the heat.

After simmering until no gas, open the lid and remove.

Then, add the washed vegetables and the washed crab mushrooms, turn to a boil, and cook until the vegetables are broken.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Season to mix well.

Finally, remove the cooked crab-flavored mushrooms and green vegetables and put them in the black-bone chicken.
