Crab Noodles, Shrimp and Mushroom Wontons

Prepare five hairy crabs (preferably three females and two males, you can use female crabs if you like crab roe) to remove the crab meat

Put the peeled crab meat into a frying pan, stir-fry with green onion and ginger cooking wine, stir-fry until the aroma is removed. Fresh sea prawns are peeled off, shiitake mushrooms are minced, pork is chopped into minced meat, and Chinese cabbage is chopped and stir-fried

Add salt, cooking wine, pepper, green onion and ginger to the prepared ingredients and stir in the same direction

Prepare big wonton wrappers and wrap wontons (this stuffing can wrap around 80 to 90 pieces, depending on the size of the filling)

After packing, arrange them in order to prevent squashing

Tips:
Sea prawns will be fishy. After peeling, you can put some cooking wine and pepper to get rid of the fishy. The crab must be stir-fried first to remove the fishy and fragrant. The pork needs to be mixed with a bit of fat.
