Mengwa is 5 years old and is growing taller and gaining weight. In terms of diet, we pay attention to balanced nutrition. Staple food, whole grains, and fruit are the standard meals for our cute baby. For Mengwa’s lunch today, I fried rice with crab sticks, eggs, and chives to make small rice balls, and then steamed sweet potatoes with some seedless grapes. Mengwa crunched and ate with relish~

Crab Stick Rice Ball

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash the chives, chop them, and chop the crab sticks.

2. Beat the eggs into the minced crab fillets and add some hot fried fresh dew to taste.

3. Stir well.

4. Add oil to the hot pan, pour in the crab egg mixture, stir-fry and set it up.

5. Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, pour in the rice, stir-fry, pour in an appropriate amount of hot fried fresh dew, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and stir-fry evenly.

6. Then add the super good crab eggs, chopped green onion.

7. Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat, and let it cool for 3 minutes before operating.

8. With the help of plastic wrap, shape the fried rice into a round rice ball.

9. After cutting the ready-to-eat seaweed into long strips, make a cross decoration on the rice ball to complete.

Tips:

The leftover rice that has been refrigerated is more suitable for making fried rice. If fresh hot rice is to be fried, it is recommended to cool it before putting it in the wok.
