Crab Tofu

After the crabs are steamed, take off the crab roe, the three crabs only have so little crab roe. (Crab meat can be made into spicy crab)

Cut the soft tofu into small cubes and rinse with water to remove the beany flavor.

Remove and set aside.

Pour oil into the pot, add crab roe, ginger powder, cooking wine, salt, and vinegar, pour in half a bowl of boiling water and bring to a boil.
5.
Pour in the tofu cubes, simmer for two minutes, sprinkle in the chopped green onion, taste and serve.
6.
Out of the pot.
