Crab Tofu

Prepare ingredients: two salted duck egg yolks, a box of lactone tofu

Put the duck egg yolk in a microwave oven on high heat for 50 seconds and cook, crush it with a spoon, and cut the lactone tofu into cubes

Pour oil in the pan, add the minced egg yolk when the oil is hot, and stir-fry for a while

Pour in some water

Put the tofu in after the water is boiled, push the tofu gently with a spatula, cover and simmer on medium-low heat for 2 minutes

Add salt and chicken essence when the broth is harvested, and finally thicken the starch with water. After serving, sprinkle some chopped green onion and eat it while it is hot!
Tips:
1. The lactone tofu is very tender. It should be gently pushed during cooking, and not stir-fried, so as not to break the tofu.
2. The egg yolk itself is very salty, it's best to taste it when adding salt and then prepare it as appropriate
