Cranberry Banana Muffin Cups

Peel the bananas and put them in a bowl and press them into puree.

Beat an egg into the mashed banana, add corn oil, water, sugar, sift in low flour and baking powder, and stir evenly.

Add dried cranberries and mix well.

Pour the cake batter into a paper cup 80% full, sprinkle with dried cranberries, preheat the oven in advance and bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
