Cranberry Barbecue Sauce
1.
Dried cranberries are heated and soaked in water to soften.
2.
Cut the onion into small cubes.
3.
After the butter is melted under low heat, add onion diced and fry until soft and transparent.
4.
Put the dried cranberries and the water for soaking the dried cranberries, honey, southern milk, salt, light soy sauce, lemon juice, and freshly fried onion diced into the mixing cup.
5.
Start the machine and beat it into sauce.
6.
Pour it back into the pot and bring to a boil.
7.
Pack it in airtight cans and keep refrigerated.
Tips:
1. White onions are better for onions, and there is no smell.
2. The onion is chopped a bit and it is easy to fry soft. The size doesn't matter, it must be pureed at the end.
3. If it is used to marinate meat immediately, it does not need to be boiled. I do more at one time, and it can be used directly next time when grilling meat, so it needs to be re-cooked for sterilization.
4. Refer to the changes made by the teacher of Four Seasons Barbie.
