Cranberry Christmas Tree Bread
1.
Dried cranberries are soaked in a small amount of rum
2.
Put all the ingredients except the butter into the bread machine, knead the dough for a procedure, then add the softened butter, and continue the kneading procedure for the dough
3.
Then add the soaked cranberries and knead for a few minutes
4.
It doesn't take long to knead the dried cranberries into the dough. Cover the lid of the bread machine and leave it to ferment for about an hour
5.
Checking with a finger in the hole, the dough neither collapsed nor rebounded immediately, indicating the end of a shot.
6.
Once the serve is over, take out the dough, vent it, and divide it into two. Each serving consists of 11 doughs, 10 small ones and one large and large one to make Christmas tree dry. I roughly divide it into 10 small doughs of 30 grams and slightly larger dough of 50 grams. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 15 minutes.
7.
Take out the dough again and round it, arrange it into a Christmas tree shape at a certain distance, and put the big dough on the bottom. Place it in a warm and humid place to 1.5 times its size. It was too cold in winter and it took an hour.
8.
After the second round, brush the egg mixture on the surface of the dough and preheat the oven.
9.
Leave the oven at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes, take it out to cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Tips:
1. When discharging the dough, keep a proper distance, not too far, and not too close. It will expand again when the dough is discharged and when it enters the oven.
2. After putting the dried cranberry into the dough, don't knead it for too long, just knead it in.
