Cranberry Coconut Bread

The butter is softened and icing sugar is added until it is puffy and white. Add in egg milk powder and coconut puree.

Mix with a spatula.

Add cranberries and mix well.

Use the salt and oil method to mix the dough well, and cut into small pieces to pull out a strong film.

After finishing the dough, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment once.

Take a dough and flatten it and place it with coconut filling.

Put it into the baking pan and cover the fresh-keeping film for secondary fermentation.

Put the fermented bread into the lower layer of the preheated oven at 150°C for 15-18 minutes (temperature and time are for reference only), and then cover with tin foil.
