Cranberry Cookies Baked without Butter

The white and egg yolk are separated.

Beat the egg whites, add 30g sugar

Add 30g sugar for the second time and continue to beat the egg whites

Add the remaining 40g sugar for the third time and continue to beat.

Whipped egg whites.

Add egg yolk and stir well.

Add olive oil and mix well.

Add baking soda and salt, stir well

Put pure milk and mix well.

Cranberries chopped finely.

Add cranberries and stir well

Put the sifted flour in three or four times

Put the dough into the mold, I use a biscuit box.

Use a fruit knife to cut in the middle to make it easier to cut biscuit slices after freezing.

Take out the frozen biscuit mold from the refrigerator, cut it and place it on the baking tray, bake it in the oven at 120 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn the baking tray and bake it for another 10 minutes!
