Cranberry Melaleuca Bread
1.
Put water and eggs in the bread machine first, I left a little bit of the eggs, and I can paint the surface later
2.
Put sugar in one corner, salt in the other corner, then put bread flour, milk powder, and finally dig a hole in the middle of the flour to put yeast
3.
Put the bread bucket into the bread machine, directly press the "iMix" button, the panel displays the "15 kneading" program, the default is 20 minutes
4.
After a program is over, put in softened butter, press the "iMix" button again, and continue to knead the dough for 20 minutes
5.
After the two programs are over, the film has been produced, cover the bread machine, set the menu "19 yogurt" program, and start a fermentation. I set the time to 40 minutes, because the weather is hot and the fermentation is fast
6.
Weigh dried cranberries, pour in rum, just pass it
7.
After about half an hour, squeeze the rum and chop it
8.
Use your finger to dip your finger into the flour to detect the hole. The small hole neither collapses nor retracts immediately.
9.
Take out the dough, ventilate, and evenly pass 5 doughs, cover with plastic wrap, and let stand for 15 minutes
10.
After standing still, take a dough and roll it into a rectangle
11.
Use a brush to apply a layer of melted butter and sprinkle with dried cranberries
12.
Then do the same for the second dough and cover the first dough sheet. Finish four slices in turn, each slice is buttered and sprinkled with dried cranberries
13.
Roll the last piece into a square and place it on top
14.
Use a scraper to cut into pieces of the right size
15.
The cut is facing upwards, it’s on the bottom of the bread maker, I’ve arranged two layers
16.
Put on the lid of the bread machine, I set the "23 fermentation + baking" program, the default is 1 hour and 40 minutes. One hour of fermentation and 40 minutes of baking
17.
When the time is up, the bread machine makes a sound, turn on the bread machine, and take out the bread bucket. Pour out the bread and put it on the side to cool
Tips:
Note: Do not put dried cranberries on both sides of the dough, otherwise the dried cranberries will burn if they touch the wall of the toaster barrel!
