Cranberry Mochi with Green Sauce

Pour the green juice powder, sugar, and salt into the egg mixture and mix well.

Pour the beaten egg and water into the mochi mixing powder, and stir again, without over-stirring, the more you stir the batter, the drier the batter.

Add the liquefied butter and mix well.

Add cranberry crumbs and mix well.

Put the batter into a piping bag and squeeze it into a moderately sized ball, leaving enough space for it to expand.

Put the bakeware into the middle level of the preheated oven at 210 degrees for about 2-15 minutes. After it is out of the oven, do not shake the bakeware and wait for it to cool before taking it out.
