Cranberry Orange Sauce

Ingredients: dried cranberries: 200g sugar: 60g freshly squeezed orange juice: 1 orange orange peel: 1 orange tangerine peel powder: 5g salt: 2g black pepper: 2g

Pour the dried cranberries and orange juice into a pot, heat it to a boil, add other ingredients, about 8 minutes, the slurry is viscous and cool down on the fire

Tips:
Tangerine peel powder can be replaced with lemon peel (1 lemon)
