Cranberry Walnut Bread

Knead all the ingredients except cranberries and walnuts until the film comes out.

The basic fermentation is 2.5 times larger.

Divide into 3 parts, spheronize and relax for 15 minutes.

Take a portion and roll it into an oval shape, turn it over and thin the bottom edge.

Put an appropriate amount of dried cranberries and chopped walnuts, and roll up from top to bottom.

Roll up into a cylindrical shape.

Put it in the baking tray, after the final fermentation is complete, brush the egg mixture, put it in the oven, and heat the middle layer up and down at 180 degrees for 18 minutes.
Tips:
Cranberries and walnuts can be added according to personal taste. It doesn't hurt to put more.
