My father loves noodles and crayfish. In summer, he came to make cold noodles with crayfish and noodles, satisfying two wishes at once.

Crayfish Cold Noodles

1. Clean the crayfish, brush the belly, unplug the shrimp thread, drain the water and set aside

2. Boil hot water in a pot, put down the knife and cook the noodles, boil the water and cook for 7 to 8 minutes

3. Put the crayfish in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes, steam and let cool for later use

4. Scoop the cooked noodles on a plate, add some oil and stir to prevent sticking

5. Chopped green onion, garlic, parsley, chili

6. Peel off the shell of the crayfish and lay it on the plate evenly

7. Put the chopped green onion, garlic and coriander in a container, add sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and hot peanut oil, and stir together!

8. Pour the sauce evenly on top of the crayfish, stir well and serve!

Tips:

The crayfish must be scrubbed clean and the sauce must be boiled with hot oil to increase the fragrance!
