Cream Cheese Broccoli Soup

Cut the washed broccoli, onion and celery into small cubes

Put the cut broccoli into the water in the pot. The water should cover the broccoli. After the water is boiled, turn to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes. The broccoli should be boiled completely. After the broccoli is cooked, both broccoli and water should be used. Put it up and put it away

Put the butter in the pan and heat it over medium heat

After the butter has melted, add onion and celery, cook them soft, about 10~15 minutes

While stirring, add fresh milk, butter, flour, broccoli and water from the first step

Tips:
1. My husband likes to eat potatoes, so I also added diced potatoes. You can do whatever you like;
2. Cut broccoli into smaller pieces as much as possible;
3. My husband said that the next bit of black pepper powder would be better, but I think the soup is already very thick, and that is better according to personal wishes;
4. The head part of celery and the part with leaves. Because the other end is too hard;
