Cream Cheese Flower Bread

All materials are ready.

Except butter, all dough materials are put into the bread machine, the flour digs holes to bury the yeast, and the bread machine kneading program is started.

After a kneading procedure, add the softened butter, and continue kneading the dough to the complete stage.

The kneaded dough is left in the bread machine and fermented at room temperature.

When the dough is twice as large, dip your fingers in flour and poke holes on the top of the dough without collapsing or shrinking. Fermentation is complete.

After the fermented dough is loosened and exhausted, it is divided into 10 portions, and the plastic wrap is rounded to relax for 15 minutes.

When the dough is loose, heat the cream cheese over a low heat, and the cheese melts and becomes smooth.

Add sugar and minced coconut to the smooth cream cheese.

Stir it with a spatula to form a cream cheese filling.

Take a small loose dough, roll it into a small round cake, and put an appropriate amount of cream cheese filling on it.

Seal, wrap tightly, turn over, press flat, use a squeegee to gently press on the top to make an impression, and divide it into 12 equal parts.

Twist the two adjacent petals to each other to form 6 pairs of petals. To make the petals more compact, you can pinch the tips of each pair of petals tightly.

Finish the other flower breads, neatly place them in the baking tray, put a bowl of hot water in the oven, and put them in the oven for the second fermentation.

Brush the surface of the fermented bread into egg liquid and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.

Put the baking tray into the middle layer of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Tips:
1. Cream cheese, also known as cream cheese, should be taken out of the refrigerator in advance to soften, and then mixed with sugar and coconut.
