Cream Cup Cake

Put low-gluten flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and butter in an egg-beater bowl and use a whisk to beat the mixture until fine sand.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, bake the middle layer for about 25 minutes, wait until the surface is golden, use a toothpick to insert the surface without sticking to it, and let it cool for use.

Add about 10% fine sugar to the whipped cream.

Dispense over ice water.
