Cream Puffs

Put the butter and water in a pot and boil.

Sift in low powder.

Cook quickly and turn off the heat.

Place it to cool and add the egg mixture.

Stir evenly, as shown in the figure, into an inverted triangle without falling down.

Put it in a piping bag.
7.
Squeeze on the baking sheet.
8.
Preheat the oven at 180° in advance and bake for 25 minutes.
9.
Add whipped cream and sugar with an electric whisk and put it into a piping bag, let the puffs out of the oven, let cool, and squeeze the whipped cream.
