Creamy Asparagus Soup

Wash and drain the fresh asparagus, cut into oblique sections of even thickness; peel and wash the potatoes, cut into small pieces for later use; wash and cut the onions into finely divided pieces for later use

Heat the olive oil in the pan on medium heat, add onions and fry until translucent

Add asparagus, thyme and bay leaves and stir fry for a while

Add potato chips and chicken broth and stir well, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook for 10-15 minutes until the asparagus softens

The boiled asparagus soup is fully whipped into a thick soup with a food processor. Add light cream, black pepper and salt and stir well.
