Creamy Carrot Soup

Wash the carrots and peel them.

Cut the carrots into small cubes.

Wash the onion and cut into small cubes.

Pour olive oil into the wok.

After the oil temperature rises, add the onions, stir-fry them for a good flavor.

Add carrots and stir fry.

Pour boiling water, add chicken essence, and stir well.

After boiling, skim off the foam, cover, and cook until the carrots are cooked through and soft.

Pour the carrot and onion soup into the juicer several times and quickly beat it into a thick soup.

Then pour it into the pot, add an appropriate amount of boiling water, stir well, boil on low heat, add salt and light cream, and stir well.

Put it into a container.

Put the whipped cream into the squeezing sauce bottle, squeeze out and decorate.
Tips:
1. When frying the onions, low heat to avoid the onions from turning black.
2. Add chicken soup if there is chicken soup, which is more nutritious and delicious than boiling water with chicken essence.
3. When cooking carrots, the amount of water added should not exceed the amount of ingredients. If there is more soup after cooking, you can omit adding proper amount of boiling water when re-cooking.
