A soup in western food, rich in milk flavor, salty and fresh, each bite has a rich mushroom flavor, I like to eat it with low-fat bread slices

Creamy Mushroom Soup

1. Prepare materials

2. Wash and slice mashed mushrooms, peel and slice potatoes, and chop onions

3. Put oil in the pan, heat the oil and fry the onion until transparent

4. Add mushroom slices and spices, and stir-fry well

5. Add potato chips and stir well

6. Put in the clear chicken soup

7. Bring to a boil, cook on low heat for about 15 minutes

8. Pour the cooked ingredients into a small pot and remove the stems of thyme

9. Whip with a hand-held mixing cup until smooth

10. Add whipped cream and stir well

11. Season with black pepper and salt, stir well

Tips:

A very simple western-style soup, the clear chicken soup is a soup of boiled chicken breast
