Creamy Potato Balls

Cut the potatoes into slices or shreds, steam them in a microwave or steamer, then press them into a puree, add salt and other condiments

Add glutinous rice flour and bacon to the mashed potatoes. Cheese sticks and chopped green onions and other favorite ingredients, and stir well

Then knead the well-stirred ingredients into small balls

When the frying pan is slightly hot, you can deep-fry the small balls. When the frying pan is golden brown all around, you can control the oil and remove it, serve it on a plate and then dip it with yogurt or milk, it's especially delicious.
