Creamy Potato Ham Bread
1.
Put wet ingredients, soup seeds, eggs, yogurt in the bread bucket first, and then put dry ingredients
2.
Except butter, put all the dough materials into the bread machine, dig a hole in the flour to bury the yeast, start the bread machine kneading program, add the softened butter after 30 minutes, continue to knead the dough to the complete stage
3.
The kneaded dough is left in the bread machine and fermented at room temperature
4.
During the fermentation of the dough, let’s prepare the filling, dicing the onion, potatoes, and sausage.
5.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan and fry soft onions, potatoes, sausages, and a little black pepper.
6.
Then make the milk juice, add the whole egg liquid, the right amount of salt and black pepper to the whipped cream
7.
Just mix well
8.
The dough is twice as large as it is fermented, and the fingers will not shrink when the flour jacks are touched, and the fermentation is complete
9.
After the fermented dough is loosened and vented, divide it into 8 portions and relax for 15 minutes
10.
Flatten the loose dough, roll it into a circle gently, and add the filling
11.
Place the stuffed dough on the baking tray
12.
Sift a layer of high flour on the surface of the dough, and then carry out a second fermentation
13.
Use scissors to cut a cross in the second-made dough. You only need to see the filling. Don't cut it too small, otherwise the opening will be squeezed when the dough expands when it enters the oven.
14.
Put it in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for about 10 minutes. After the bread is slightly colored, take it out. Use a spoon to quickly pour the milk into the opening of the bread, and try to use up the milk as much as possible.
15.
Pour the milk juice and bake for about 5 minutes until the bread is evenly colored
