[creative Dishes] Shrimp and Morel
1.
The morels and shrimps bought from the market were washed. I didn't buy live shrimps today, so I used frozen shrimps.
2.
Put the shrimp into the food processor, add 3 grams of pepper, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of rice wine, 1 clove of garlic, and 2 grams of cornstarch to make a puree.
3.
Put the beaten shrimps into a piping bag and squeeze them into the morel mushrooms. Each one should be packed.
4.
The filled morels are very full
5.
Break the bell peppers into small pieces, cut the small celery into sections, and cut 2 cloves of garlic into slices.
6.
Pour the oil in the hot pot. I used half of the peanut oil and half of the chicken fat I refined a few days ago. Heat oil in a pot, add garlic slices and sauté fragrant, add morel mushrooms and fry. Then add boiling water, the water is halfway down to the morel mushrooms, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 grams of salt, cover and simmer. After cooking for 3 minutes, add the colored pepper to collect the juice, then add the small celery and stir fry to get out of the pot.
7.
Set out the pan, every morel mushroom is full of juice.
8.
Every bite of the morels filled with shrimps and juice is super satisfying!
