Creative Healthy Chicken Rice Flower, French Fries

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, (you can cut into different sizes) and cut the potatoes into strips

Slightly boil potato chips in boiling water. After cooking, use cold water several times and freeze them in the refrigerator (you can make more at one time)

After marinating the diced chicken with salt for half an hour, add an egg white and mix well with an appropriate amount of flour

Crush the potato chips, pour into the marinated chicken, and evenly coat each with the potato chips (potato chips can be according to personal preference, preferably the one with the most important flavor)

Pour oil in the wok, heat it to 70% to 80% hot, add in the chicken (one by one) and fry until golden brown.

Take out the frozen French fries and deep-fry them for golden brown, add ketchup, and you're ready to eat!
