Creative Sushi

Braise the right amount of rice, and the hardness of the rice should be moderate.

Take out the rice and let it cool for later use.

Slice the dragon fruit to be juiced.

Use a food processor to make a juice.

The beaten juice is a bit thick and can be filtered out (no residue).

Mix the filtered pitaya juice with the rice evenly.

Spread the sushi seaweed on a clean water-free (glass cutting board in my home) or other utensils, then spread the rice evenly on the sushi seaweed, cover the rice with a film and gently roll it out with a rolling pin, wash and wipe beforehand Cut the drained cucumber into 4 pieces with 2 knives and place it on the sushi rice.

Place 4 cucumbers with the skin facing inside, add rice in the middle and roll them with sushi curtains to make a square shape (as shown at a glance). I just rolled them by hand (the sushi curtains were not found), and cut them with a sharp knife. Beautiful pattern.

I also used a plum-shaped mold to make a beautiful flower.
