Crepes Pizza

Add water and eggs to the flour

Knead slowly (add yeast)

Cover it with plastic wrap or gauze and wait for it to ferment (about 20 minutes), then knead the dough until smooth

Roll the dough into a circle, and then cut it into a standard circle with a mold

Give the dough some vents

Spread the pasta sauce evenly

Put cheese and tomato in turn

Remember to add more cheese (scraped into silk) and a little salt

Tips:
