Crisp and Green --- Fried Sausage with Snow Peas

The ingredients are prepared, the snow peas are washed, and the two ends and stems are torn off.

Wash the ingredients, peel and mince the garlic, and slice the sausage.

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and saute.

Put in the sausage and stir-fry quickly, not too high, otherwise the sausage will burn easily.

Tips:
1. When cooking the sausages in oil, the fire should not be too high. Beware of the scorching of the sausages.
