This recipe is relatively simple, based on Nicholas Tse’s twelve recipes. I made some changes. There is no need to deep-fry. The beans are blanched first and then fried. The taste is also crispy and tender. The recipe is simple but it tastes really good.

1. Prepare materials

2. Stir-fry sliced almonds, sprinkle with pepper powder and stir-fry evenly out of the pan

3. Remove the glutinous beans and break the sections, put them in boiling water and fry them out, drain the water

4. Put oil in the pan, fry the beans to lose the moisture, the skin is a little wrinkled

5. Add olive vegetables and stir fry, add some salt according to the taste

6. Finally, add almond slices and stir-fry evenly.

Tips:

Olive vegetables have saltiness, the amount of salt is added according to your taste
